This place does not follow current Missouri laws that state you can in fact retrieve your property when a vehicle is towed. My insurance company was in the process of retrieving my vehicle and this corrupt tow company only "allowed me" to retrieve 1 document from my car that was towed after an accident that wasn't my fault.
Your review should be tied to A & A Towing, not Hood's Automotive. TA & A Towing rents the lot from Hood's Automotive. While we try to help you when you come in to release your vehicle so you're not waiting on a tow driver for hours, all policies, prices, etc are at the direction of staff at A & A Towing. Your concerns are with them, not Hood's Automotive. We do not do any towing.

Satisfied customer: I don’t live anywhere near here & there are all kinds of auto places near my home but I only trust Hood’s to keep me safe on the road. I am an elderly lady on my own after my husband passed away. He belonged to a local Bridgeton Charity organization and some of the people there are customers of Hoods. They recommended Hoods & I now come here because they honestly keep my older car in good condition. They only do work that is necessary & check everything out every time I come in. It is pleasant to wait in the shop so I don’t mind and they keep me informed. I’m so glad to use them for my auto needs🤔.
